This essential class keeps Colorado real estate professionals up to date on the latest changes to laws, contracts, and best practices as required by the Colorado Real Estate Commission.

This course fulfills the mandatory 4 Continuing Education (CE) credits required by the Colorado Real Estate Commission for license renewal. Attendees must be present for the entire session and sign in and out to receive credit and no exceptions will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
