Holiday Auction Planning Meeting

Hello!

Our Holiday Auction is right around the corner and quickly approaching. There are only TWO more planning meetings left to finalize the event!  Our next Planning meeting is: 

Day/Date:   Tuesday, November 16

Time:           2:30-4:30pm

Place:         MacKenzie's Chop House 

                   128 S Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO  80903

                   There will be appetizers and drinks available, on us! 

We are in need of items: 

  1. Sponsor for a Colorado Ski Chair ($500) you’d be advertised as the provider of this winning item!
  2. Gift cards ranging in value of $10-$100—We are sure you have some laying around the bottom of your purse, desk and mail cubby at home 
  3. New items such as blankets, kitchenware, cutting boards, board games, toys, artistic supplies
  4. Outdoor items such as ski passes, horseback riding, amusement parks, rafting tickets
  5. Sports tickets for example: Nuggets, Avalanche, Switchbacks, CC Hockey, Airforce, Rockies
  6. Pet items such as items for dogs, cats, rabbit’s etc.
  7. Gift certificates to local restaurants and shops
