9:30am-10:30am  1 CE - Real Estate Self Defense Part 1 - Situational Awareness

Real estate professionals are at risk every day.  Meeting new clients, open houses, letting strangers in your car, showing houses, meeting strangers and marketing are all situations that put a realtor at risk.  This class is the first of a two-part class.  This first part focuses on situational awareness and steps to avoid being a victim.  The inspectors at Ground Floor Home Inspection have 60 years combined experience training and teaching karate under the system of Universal Kempo Karate, so in addition to their passion for quality home inspections they are all about self-defense.  

11am-1pm  2 CE - Realtor Self Defense 2 - Practical Application

This class is the second of a two-part class. This second class will focus on hands-on training as far as self-defense. The attendee will learn basic physical techniques for self-defense.  The inspectors at Ground Floor Home Inspection have sixty years of combined experience training and teaching karate under the system of Universal Kempo Karate, so In addition to having a passion in home inspection, they also have a passion in teaching self-defense.
