When to Stage & When to Call in a ProfessionalWhat little things can your sellers do to help their home show better?  A pillow here, a pop of color there, re-arrange the living room.  When is the task too big for you to take on as a Realtor and how do you know when it's time to call in the Professional?

Our October luncheon will feature Terry MacRae.  She will give us pointers and tricks to help us help our clients but also help us recognize when the job is too big for us to take on.
